Shipping & delivery:
1. Shipment methods: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, Air Express, etc.
2. Delivery time is within 12 hours after payment is confirmed. 
3. It will take 3~7 days for shipping (depending on the destination country).
4. Any import charges or fees are buyer's responsibility.
Please note that some remote places will take around 1-3 days more on delivery.

We welcome OEM service. We could design the packing and the products as customer's requirements.

After-Sales Service:
1. Our disposable vape product has 12 12-month warranty after shipment except for human factors.
2. All the products are strictly checked before packaging, ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3. In case any defect occurs during transportation or by improper use,
we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defective is over 1%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of returns and the seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
