Q1: Are you factory or trading company?

Q2: What is your payment term?
A: 30% T/T deposit as to confirm order and arrange production, balance 70% by T/T before delivery.

Q3: How about your delivery time?
A: Usually 30-45 days after order details confirmed and deposit received, also we would see if there's in house stock or upcoming stock can be shared, then it would be faster than normal time.

Q4: Can you provide sample?
A: We could provide free samples for your study, based on freight collected or shipping cost paid by buyer in advance.

Q5: Can you accept OEM/ODM order?
A: It depends on order quantity, we usually sell in our private label products with our patent formula, however, if order is quantity is big enough and it's long term potential business, we are also open to discuss and capable to meet your requirements.
